(More customer reviews)This was a replacement purchase. We love the coffee maker and the carafe and had it for 10 years already. Eventually the carafe's handle cracked so we ordered a new one. It works great and keeps the coffee nice and hot. You must be careful to use a long handled soft(!) sponge to clean it.
