(More customer reviews)We purchased this item for ourselves at Christmas. The blender and small food processor seem to work fine. The blender, however, leaks from the bottom of the blender jar every time we have tried to make a smoothie or milkshake. It makes quite a mess in the blender base as well as on the kitchen counter. Disappointing since this is the main use of a blender in our home. The rubber ring seems fine. I will be contacting Cuisinart about this problem.
