(More customer reviews)I love this item. It's hard plastic and the perfect shape. It came with my cuisinart food processor but I use it to cut brownies, cakes, pastries in the baking pan without scratching my bakeware. It is perfect for cutting and then lifting it out. This is pretty much all I use for this purpose. Others have seen me use it and have asked for it. In fact when I borrowed some a couple times they misteriously disappeared so I had to order some for back-up. I could never find them in the stores but had luck at Amazon. I have given several as gifts and even gave some to relatives in Europe they liked it so much. Definately worth it for the price.
