(More customer reviews)What began as a promising product turned into a major inconvenience. The grinder stopped working after only three days. Setting about the return/exchange proved futile. My business with Amazon has ended. Such a shame because I had always enjoyed superior service and products. I guess growing pains are responsible. 'Metal Ware' plastic coffee grinder is not "pro" at all.
