(More customer reviews)I had this machine for a few weeks, and it is/was awesome! That being said, I pulled it out from the dishwasher, let it cool and used it to make an amazing chocolate shake, and set it on the counter. I decided to hand wash it (by this time the glass was room temp) and as I ran water in it, I noticed water coming out one side. I emptied it out and found a cracks in the glass. I called Breville and the replaced the entire blender. I was told there was a known flaw, and there were no issues or further questions asked, they gave me the instrucions for retuning it. Awesome Customer service! No problems whatsoever. I will be receiving a replacement within 10 business days. This is the best blender I have ever owned. I am looking forward to using it again. BTW...they replaced the whole untit, blender motor and Glass, as they replace them as a unit. I highly recommend this blender, and have done so to several friends.
