They received a lid instead of the food pusher, but upon inquiry from me to Amazon on how to return the wrong item and get the right item, I received a quick response from the vendor: an apology and a promise to send the correct item forthwith, which they did. No hassle, no fuss. I was very pleased with the service, and the food pusher works as it should. No more splatter around the kitchen for me!
