We have become smoothie fanatics since I purchased it making fruit smoothies and quick sauces/salsas mostly. It's like a mini-blender without all the fuss. A cup attaches to the blender so you can blend and drink straight from the cup you blend in (cups comes with different lids for either storage or drinking and just rinse clean!). Easy for kids to use. No buttons. Push down on container to blend (pulse feature) or let go to stop. Can lock on cup for a non-stop blend feature. Powerful motor. Compact unit. An excellent baby food maker. Super easy to clean and very, VERY convenient to use. Think I'm gonna buy another! :-) A+
