(More customer reviews)I needed a food processor and was doing some internet research when I came across this. I was skeptical because it was an "As Seen On TV" product. I bought it anyway since it was a food processor and a blender and felt like I was getting 2-for-1.
This thing is pretty amazing! The food processor chops food just fine. It gets 5-stars from me.
But the amazing thing is the blender! It has three blades - one at the top, one in the middle and one at the bottom. It blends EVERYTHING! In the informercial, they say that you can put ice into the blender and it will make "white, fluffy snow." I filled it with only ice, and lo & behold after about 30 seconds the blender had packed snow in it. Just for fun, I even made a snowball.
Today I started my annual New Years resolution diet. For breakfast I made a smoothie with fruit, yogurt, water and orange juice. I didn't have any OJ so I just put in a whole (peeled) orange. After 15 seconds, I had a smoothie that was completely smooth. I expected to find orange strings, chunks or pulp but none of that was there. It was completely blended.
I am a believer. Highly recommended!!
